Event Summary

Looking after our mental health is just as important as our physical health. YogaVenue is very excited to be teaming up with Tracy Jarvis - a leading psychotherapist and specialist in trauma, stress and neuroscience - to bring you a series of FREE online discussions and live Q&As focusing on mental health wellbeing.

2020 has taught us many things - not taking our mental health for granted is one of them. Levels of stress and anxiety are skyrocketing and for many, this has been a traumatic time.

Come join us for these monthly sessions, tell your friends and family and people you know who may find it beneficial to attend. You don’t need to be a member of YogaVenue or have ever attended one of our classes or even practise yoga to join these sessions!

Make sure you sign up for these FREE sessions, held monthly on Wednesdays online for 60mins via Zoom.

Recordings of the workshops will be made available to participants for 24hrs after the event.
