JACK's 24-hour radiothon returned - this time we supported the incredible Ronald McDonald House Charities UK.
We were live from Ronald McDonald House Oxford at the John Radcliffe Hospital (while maintaining strict Covid-restrictions) for two 12-hour stints on Thursday 1st and Friday 2nd July.
Ronald McDonald House Oxford offers a free 'home from home' to parents whose children are often suffering with the worst of illnesses and require hospitalisation for long periods of time, often far from home.
We heard some truly inspiring stories and journeys of families who rely on the charity's facilities.
