UPDATE: 19-year-old charged with murder in connection with Thame stabbing

Benjamin Eyles is due at Oxford Magistrates Court today.

On July 22nd this year 19-year-old Josh Harling was found injured in Chinnor Road, Thame just after 7pm.

He was sadly pronounced dead at the scene. A post-mortem later revealed that he died from a stab wound to the chest.

19-year-old Eyles from Monks Hollow in Buckinghamshire is appearing at Oxford Magistrates’ Court, charged with murder.

He is also facing one count of conspiring to cause grievous bodily harm with intent, in connection with a previous incident in Thame on July 18th.

Eyles was remanded in custody after being charged last night.

20-year-old Nathan Braim from Broadwaters Avenue in Thame has previously been charged with one count of murder.

He was also remanded in custody and is due for trial at Oxford Crown Court in January.

A 16-year-old boy from Oxfordshire, who was 15 at the time and previously arrested on suspicion of murder, remains on bail until October 22nd.

A 19-year-old man from Oxfordshire who was also arrested on suspicion of murder has now been released with no further action to be taken.
