Husband pays tribute to wife who died in Oxfordshire crash

Her husband has described her as 'fun, kind, out-going and beautiful inside and out'.

The husband of a woman who died in a fatal car crash has released a tribute to her.

Sheila Shirley sadly died following a road traffic collision on the A417 at the junction with the B4508 on Thursday 22nd July. 

Her husband Dave, said: “I have lost my best friend and rock and I am devastated. I shall miss her more than I can imagine.

“Sheila was a wonderful wife to me for over 43 years, devoted mother to Derek, Kara and Andrew and much loved Granma to Sam, Megan, Max and George.

“Sheila was a wonderful, vibrant person with a lovely smile who had so many friends and was popular in our local community. She was fun, kind, out-going, beautiful inside and out and her loss will leave a huge hole in our family.”
