JACK Shop vouchers and Coronavirus
So there's a virus going round.
And it's basically put the world on pause. Not great if you've bought a voucher for a place that's had to close its doors for the time being.
The good news is that if you've got a voucher for a product or service that you can't redeem because of closures, your voucher will still be valid when the world gets back to normal. That means the 90 day validity mentioned on your voucher won't apply. All terms and conditions will be adapted so that your voucher is valid from 90 days of the establishment reopening for business.
In some special cases, vouchers will be refunded - like if you bought a voucher for an event that's been cancelled rather than postponed. If you believe this describes you, please get in touch with us using the form below.
