Below you find an assortment of things JACKaholics have done to help ole Jack get one or two more listeners. Whatever you can do to spread the word, because we're not a multi mega media conglomeration (and nor can we spell it properly most likely)..
Let us know by calling The Morning Glory from 6-9 weekdays, or email us at jack @jackfm.co.uk with your suggestions.
Special credit to winner of a grand for his tattoo Matt The Tatt.
We all blame Brian, he started the sticker madness.. Not content with a new sticker, he decided to see how many he could get on his bike - he ended up with 65. He now rides in and around Didcot and Oxford clocking up what he calls JACKmiles!
We feel guilty. Mrs Fiddlesticks seemed so wholesome and lovely till we hijacked her on Twitter. Since then there's been our caravan at their house, and now somehow we've brainwashed her into destroying a perfectly lovely vehicle!
We did nothing to force him, honest officer!
Literally out of nowhere Matt emailed saying he thought he might get himself a tattoo.
It's not even like he's got several.. It's his first one..
He's more committed than several of the staff who work here.. well when we say "work"..
Karen volunteered for her car to be hiJACKed and how cute did he end up?
Not real sure what the hell Stickerboy is doing..
Claudia's dad came along to grab her a metric handful of stickers to help us spread the word of JACK across the country. Most embarrassingly Stickerboy said she was 6 and not
6 and a half. We still love you Claudia!
Lara is an artist. Infact quite a talented artist. She turned up to meet Stickerboy with a fab (laminated no less) picture she'd drawn of him. It's beginning to look like we're employing slave labour to spread the word of JACK. Hmm.. the boss will love that.
Oh Great.. not only are we spreading JACKness via stickers all over the county, we're encouraging perfectly respectable people to do stupid poses. Sorry.
Dear God. Now it's just getting ridiculous. This one is all Scotty Scott's fault. He rang to tell us he is changing radios to JACK without telling people, then he volunteered to sort us being on the gate at RAF Benson. Then it went one step too far when Scott and James decided to dress up like fellow fools to raise money for Sobell Hospice. Thanks to them and everyone who turned up for a Sticker (or was acosted on their way onto the base), we raised £320 for Sobell House Hospice.
Stickerboy was down near the Maccy D's at Didcot when Gordon gave us a call and decided to be a one man army to try and change Mc Donald's to listening to JACK. They told us they do extensive research or their customers, and when they say listen to JACK they will. We haven't found anyone who was ever asked... Maybe one day.
Why is it we attract the strange ones? Don't get us wrong, Will is lovely, and was brilliant on air with The Morning Glory, but what the hell is he doing bouncing down the street on those things? On a bright note Stickerboy did get to feel like he was in a sci-fi movie for a bit.
It really isn't a dignified career is it?
Enough said.
What can we say?
Is it photoshopped? Is it real? Oh yeah baby, it's sooo real!!
This year's Maize at Millets features a giant JACK logo.
Thanks gang!!
Sad really when you have a caravan which is far nicer than your studio.
Thanks to Bicester Caravan and Leisure for this little baby.
Thanks to Jonathon at Rees Russell in Witney for defacing his Shogun with a wee bit of JACK branding..
(By the way, gratuitous plug back - Rees Russell are brilliant Chartered Accountants)
From @martinrudman on Twitter.. "You take your g/f to the footy, get great seats and all she is interested in is getting a photo of Matt Greens Arse"..
Tim at Kingdom Signs liked the bike we did for Brian so much, he decided to add a wee bit of a touch of JACK to his own! Loving your work Tim ! x
You never know who may be next to you in a bus!
So Crazy Paul The Painter emails saying, how about I accidentally paint an 11 metre long JACKfm Logo on top of this bus I'm painting for the lovely Angela at Angela's Taxis?
It would be rude to say no wouldn't it ;0
It took him 2 days to paint, and huge thanks to Angelas for driving Stickerboy around Oxfordshire for several hours!
It's the biggest JACK sign we've got - and Paul the Painter did it holding a tiny JACK Keycard in his hand as a guide! He's crazy, but we love him, and he's such a hard worker! If you ever need a great painter - give us a call, we'll get you in touch with him!
We love JACKaholics... When we said bake a cake, bribe your friends and relatives to listen..
Someone actually started baking JACK cakes!
Thanks to Julie, Russell and Lawrence!
Errr....... not quite sure if Karl's car really gets the message across?
Thanks Karl!
We're not proud..
We're flippin PROUD AS HELL!
Thanks John for doing this!!!!
You'll find him driving around the Uffington area!
This is John's pride and joy.He spent a year doing this little baby up (possibly more)..
For legal purposes: we did not convince or even ask him to do this - he volunteered!
Here we go, Tom called and said he'd be our Thame JACKaholic - then best mate Harry called not wanting to be outdone... We await Harry's picture!
Obviously a man of classy taste - Tim has gone for a nice piece of colour matching to help spread the good work of JACK between Longworth and Didcot train station each morning!
And we were worried the stickers might come off..
Shame on us!
Huge thanks to Stephen at Witney Motor Club who volunteered Russell's car to be JACKed at the MSA Autocross Championsihps at Bucknell on the Bank Holiday weekend! Here's the back.. and we're not sure, but the next picture.. could it be The Stig?
Has JACK ever looked cooler?Ok, to be fair, it's rare we look cool doing anything..
but this pic is kind of cool! We like to think that is The Stig on board for the Save Jack campaign..
;0
Having a fete or fair?
Perhaps you'd like to try a SAVEJACK Cake Stand?
Thanks to Martyn and his (too lovely for him) other half for this !
OMG.
This is Sid.. and his new JACK MG..
By the way that was his wedding outfit he is wearing!
Hahahah lol is we have to say!
Chris wanted his helmet done.. then when he was warned it could weaken it - he thought what the hell... Why not do another bike??
lovely!
Emma (12) and Sam (7) tried to get the squirrels to sign up to Jack FM but they wouldn\'t - so they stole their nuts!
JACKed up and ready to go!
Check out what Derek the farmer was wearing when he was on Farmer Wants a Wife on Channel 5 the other day...legend!
Pure class Martyn!
Looks like someone has vomitted the Jack logo all over the van.
Somehow his mini seems cooler than the official JACK minis...
Although strangely since he got his JACKet, he says more people are cutting him up.
Before the Abingdon 4 x 4 Festival.
Not so good. :)
Classy.. no.. actually is quite classy!
If only we could market these!
Not content with just doing one vehicle, Will has sorted us out with a van and race car.
And according to the girls in the office Will himself is quite nice on the eye too! ;0
Thanks guys - they decided they needed a JACK sign wherever they play!
Enough said when you read the back of the car really!
Here's the house that JACK errr, didn't actually build... but it has been JACK'd up by Matt & Bec who have made a giant JACK sign out of sheets to spread the good word of JACK!
God bless him!
Another mobile advert which will do us a lot of good!
Thanks Tony!
Here's what Sarah reckons "I am delighted to say I have been Jacked! The guy's over at Kingdom signs have done an amazing job! I reckon I have the sexiest Jacked vehicle on the road! So sexy if would they were a Jack Beauty contest my camper would win hands down!" Can't argue that!
Our own News Monkey Greg Burke is near San Diego this week at The El Centro Naval Air Facility to go training with 606 Squadron and many other of our Reserves before they go to Afghanistan. We wake up him up at stupid o'clock Californian time each morning after 7 our time to hear if they've let him fly a helicopter yet, here's some of his AMAZING photos .
We're also hearing from our own Rosie who has been on a training mission with 606 on Salisbury Plain. Her snaps here! Rosie & 606 Squadron click HERE.
'noice' :)
Amazing what you can do with some JACK stickers, some tinsel and a bike :)
